Especially in the design area where we're lack of manpower and experience to come out with a cool design. As well as the efficiently as we were a bit rush in ordering our cards. Absolutely, its very efficient, the service is really good and deliver the goods on time and also the ppl are really friendly.

We had two business cards done. One was a loyalty card used to get repeat customers by offering them a free service after six stamps. We wanted to let people know we make sushi and bring in new customers at the same time. More people found out about the sushi and kept coming back and spending more money. We saw more than 10% increase in profit. We received excellent service from RK Design. They gave great ideas and our customers loved it.

We had a church community website built. Many Korean people come to our church and many of them go back to Korea, but some of them want to keep in touch with us. The website was to be a gateway for communication for them. We recently built a new church and the website needed to match the churches new beginning. We used several websites in the past to facilitate the church, but now that we have consolidated all these websites in one. This website is more effective and benificial to the community. Some new-comers have come to the church because of the website. After seeing some articles in the website they felt the kindness from the church members and so came along.

We had the official QLD Korean community website built. We wanted to announce some important information to the public and also recieve requests from the members. When we have something to announce to the public it has been useful. In the past we faxed our announcements to magazines and newspapers, but these days we don't need to anymore - we just use the notice boards on the website to publish our news. Our members also have a way to publish articles about their experiences and opinions using the website.
